Our Story
Tony & Meg Gullotti and Megan & Mike Strangfeld opened the Minnow in 2016. It’s been a great ride so far. We’re having a good time making the food and drink that we love. Chef Felicia Keating and Chef Carmelita Bernal head up the kitchen. Jorge Munoz manages the front of house. We care a lot about what we do and hope to see y’all soon.
